This is exactly what happened to an inconspicuous boy who had just finished his first day at university.
MC doesn't have it easy with women. He thinks about if his life would be easier as a woman. After his first day at university he thinks for the first time seriously about what it would be like to be a woman. I can see the author is putting effort into this but I can't unfortunately recommend it at the moment. There are plenty of people to meet (eventually) but the dialog feels automated/translated/AI generated so the people have no character, even if they're doing sexy things. There are mini games but they weren't enjoyable for me. The game is essentially played with a female main character and the transformation from male to female seems mostly irrelvant.
The writing was getting a touch better as it was going along so if someone plays for longer than me they might find something better in the game. If I could change this game I would add some inventiveness and character (from better dialog).
