The game is essentially complete, but I may do another version for bugfixes / formatting errors.
Every change you make to the memo has a corresponding change in the world. Many of these have effects on Janet in the beginning of the game, so play around a bit before moving on.
To hear the executive's conversation in the cafeteria, they must be bitter and the HR department must be on vacation.
To get past Brenda, she must be willing to do anything to help and the company's priority must be survival.
There are six endings currently in the game. Only two have special requirements: editing the letter in the VP's office while bitter and checking the briefcase while HR's priority is gratuitous fanservice.

This game is pretty cut and dry where you figure out the things you can change with your magical pen, then use it to get to the end where you're coming out the victor.
Interactivity is limited for the potential the theme of the game offers, but it's enough for you to screw around and have some fun while you figure out the puzzle to get to one of multiple endings. Writing is fair and the game has you partly railroaded as you work your way to the end, but it's entertainly along the way. No images in this game and the length of it is short, but I found it to be an amusingly fun game. There's even a chance to see how your changes affect yourself from the inventory.
Recommended.

The game is great i don't see anything with besides the lenght of the game please and more to it weather it be more people to intercate with or more things to intercate with anything to make the game longer would good correction awesome so please make the the game longer and finish it as well i'm sure theres things in your mind you want to add to this game
