Transformation game with optional pregnancy. Why optional? You can avoid it by using contraceptives or just pulling out.
This story is the first part of planed story. Play through 16 weeks(if you will stay so long) and see the true ending.
Someone may notice a little mismatch: Emily says she was 17 when she got into "The ark", and now she is at her 3rd pregnancy(that means it was 3 years ago Beth said apocalypse started 2 years ago). "The ark" existed before the epidemic.
Warning extreme content: MC can die, even pregnant, be carefull please.
There are 3 endings:
True(with optional variation)
For the perfect one get pregnant in week 9.
Update: sorry for wrong download file, should be okay now.
You start as Marcus, 16 years old student. One day his parents heard about unknown virus, that has infected a lot of people, so they decided to send him to his Aunt.
What will happen to the world? Play the story and try to find true ending.
Marcus(Marie) - protagonist
Lee - currently this is secret who he is
Beth - governor of "The ark"
Derrek - hunter in "The ark"
Bruce - shop owner
Amanda - bartender
Susan - doctor
Emily - pregnant girl(she gives a hint, how to achieve optional ending)
It's not bad for what it is. As crood pointed out, the author seems to have treated the transformation as an afterthought, as if it was just a box that needed to be checked off. "Oh, it's two years into the future, I don't remember my family and I'm Marie instead of Markus. Cool. Moving on..." is pretty much how it's treated.
Others have noted that your task is to get enough credits per week to stay in the colony and probably get knocked up to secure your position, though there are contraceptives available if you want to avoid that route.
Where the game suffers is that it gets stuck in a rut. I appreciate that it doesn't make you worry about things like eating, showering and makeup (does anyone think that stuff is fun in these games?), BUT it more or less falls into a routine of getting up, deciding which job to go to, having sex there, the day ending, and doing it all again. Presumably if you play long enough after you're knocked up (2 months instead of 9...because...reasons), Marie will give birth and get to get knocked up again...but...who the hell is playing this for 60 game days to get to that point? By the time Marie is knocked up, you've seen everything the game has to offer...so...why bother?
It didn't take all that long to get to the birth, but it was still repetitive...and then it's over.
That said...it's not BAD...it could just be better.
It almost feels as if the initial transformation is thrown in to fill the requirements of the site. It's pretty much irrelevant to the main plot of the game and the PC forgets nearly everything about her previous life. After that it's mostly grinding to make money.
Glad the new version was uploaded. Overall a short and simple game, simply put, a race to get knocked up to win the game or fail and die to zombies. Pretty cool concept.
