Berlin

This is a very early Alpha state. Expect all features to be missing, incomplete and/or buggy. Feel free to leave any kind of comments at the discussion thread or at the discord server.

This game is inspired by ETO and Girl Life.

Story

After a tragic accident, you start a new life in the body of an 18 years old girl in an alternate history version of Berlin.

Installation

1. Download all the contents from the MEGA-link. Choose the most recent full release.
2. Unzip the downloaded zip-archive.
3. Open game.html in a browser.

Minor releases

The changelog below is for major releases. Minor releases (x.x.x.1, x.x.x.2, etc.) fix bugs, which don't get a separate mention in the changelog. Be sure to always use the most recent version of the game, since the fixed bugs could have a major negative impact on your game experience.

Version 0.1.10

• Underwear sets are sold at the new shop Engelen in the Mall.
• Some shops have changed their stock: Budget sells pants now and Shoe Central has one pair of low and medium height boots respectively.
• Walking the streets alone at night is dangerous now.
• Sexual Stats are now recorded and displayed in the character menu.
  
  

Version 0.1.9

• Dating women and having sex with them. Women can have personality traits men can't have and vice versa. For example, only men can be gentlemen and only women can be bitchy.
• Sexual preference in dating. You won't enjoy dating with somebody you are not attracted to too much.
• A few new portraits. Mostly for dateable NPCs, so you experience more variety.
• Enjoyment in dates for the player character. If you enjoy a date, your mood increases. The opposite is possible as well. Dating a generous gentleman is therefore more enjoyable than dating a stingy boor most of the times.
• Nightwear. You need to wear nightwear, underwear or nothing if you want to go to sleep. There is a quick-outfit-switch-function, if you have defined an outfit that qualifies as nightwear.
• Likewise, there is now a quick-outfit-switch in the changing room at the waterpark.
• You can now buy overpriced crappy swimwear at the waterpark.
• Nightwear, swimwear and underwear all share the same two outfit slots (bra and panties). You can now switch between the three categories in the wardrobe-menu.
• UI-Help. There is now a small question mark in the bottom right corner. Click on it, to have the different types of stress explained.
• Character Screen. The link replaces the link to the skills overview. In addition to information about your skills, you now get information about your sexual preference and your girliness there.
• Hair cutting reworked. There is now a maximum hair extension length. Also, if your hair gets cut, your extensions are cut first.
• Somewhere has now images for dawn and dusk.

Version 0.1.8

• New Date location: restaurant. The cinema has been closed til it becomes more interesting.
• 4 different personality traits for NPCs: boor, gentleman, stingy and generous.
• Sexual preferences for NPCs. They still all want to use condoms, but some of them may like BJs more than others.
• 3 options of foreplay.
• Different penis sizes of male NPCs. It's most fun if they are a little too big. It's the least fun, if they are way too big. You will adjust to big sizes over time. The opposite direction is not implemented yet.
• Your dates now have places they live at. And they now allow you to stay there til morning.
• Dying. If you ignore your body needs for too long, there will be dire consequences.
• Sandwich. Make it and take it with you on your adventures to eat it on the way. Won't spoil (yet). Buy a water bottle at the sports shop to gain the same option for dealing with your thirst.
• Waste time playing with your phone. Will be disabled at some places in future updates.
• Girliness is steeper now. You won't be able to wear dresses at the beginning of the game. Will very likely be re-balanced again in future updates.
• Doing the same fun activity, such as watching TV, will reduce its effectiveness. This effect is reduced on every consecutive day.
• Reading Books. There is currently one bookshop and one book to buy.
• Calories are calculated differently now. Every meal has a target BMI. Therefore, eating salad all day for months won't reduce your weight to zero, and having an all-pizza-diet won't make you cartoonishly fat (you still shouldn't do that, though). Drinks with alcohol and/or sugar plainly increase your weight gain.

Version 0.1.7

• Girliness. You start off as a man and wearing female clothes, applying make-up, etc. feels unnatural to you and reduces your mood. Your mind slowly adopts to the new situation, though. Can be toggled off in settings.
• New school outfits, including an androgynous one.
• Scheduler. Should make it easier for you to organize several dates in the near future. Also shows you when you have vacations.

Version 0.1.6

• Favors. Perform them for other characters, and they might return them. For example, you can ask your mother for additional allowance if you help her cooking.
• Period. You get it once a month. To cope with it, you can now buy sanitary products at KAEDA.
• ItemCreate (Debug-Option) now provides additional information on how to use it.
• Various minor fixes and improvements.

• Drink during sleep. You no longer have to stop sleeping at 2 am because you forgot to drink right before going to sleep.

• Classmates at school have social groups now. For now, you can interact with two of them (a tiny bit with the soccer team and a bit more with the geeks).
• Some inventory items which had their data missing (candy, sun blocker) can now be accessed again.
