Short but sweet.
I know rpgmaker games aren't as popular on this site as games made in other engines, but I've always found them to be especially charming.
This is a short, but definitely high quality game.
The story is simple enough, the characters are fun, the puzzles are witty enough to be tricky, but simple enough to not cause needless frustration. The transformations are well handled and executed, and there are a few little easter eggs for some of the transformations that make it well worth rumaging around the old mansion. The sprites, pre and post transformation, are also very well made. It even includes one frame by frame transformation.
The only two criticisms I have are
1) RPG maker games that are puzzle oriented usually have a quick menu to access items and abilities. This one does not, which is a slight interuption in the flow of gameplay, and can initially be confusing.
2) The endings are very bare bones. You essentially have 3 primary endings, and a few special endings.
For such a short game, it's definitely two thumbs up for me.
This is a very fun game - it doesn't try to do too much, like a lot of games on this website attempt (and fail) to do. Instead, it's a nice, contained little game with decent variety
Game freezes to black screen after selecting "New Game". Will crash if window is maximized.
For me, this game is currently unplayable due to techical issues.
