Alright, so bought the game and played through the content currently available, I also played the prequel to this game. Here are my thoughts:
Currently, there isn't much variety, which is to be expected for an early release, Heedless did complete the previous one rather rapidly though (in half a year if memory serves?), and while this one promises a more open-ended adventure, I trust them enough to deliver on this sequel, which is why I didn't mind buying the game so early
Onto the game proper, you play Voronica, an unhinged, horny vore and sex addict rabbit who's only gotten even more unhinged in this sequel, She straight-up is a psychopath, but to a comedic extent. And, in a game about what's effective brutal, and repeated murder, you can either build an entire world around making it palatable to the player... or you can do exactly what this game did and triple down like it's a Scary Movie, 11/10.
While the previous opus was clearly a VN with nothing much outside of the branching choices offered, this one does include some gameplay; in the current version there are two minigames, one to sneak up on people and one to overpower people both are rather simplistic and repetitive in my opinion. I think the idea to bring some gameplay into the game is a great one, and I assume some more mini-games might be added, the one currently accessible feel very mediocre
Now onto the VN part, it follows the formula of a life sim with places to be, things to do, a story progressed through events and a gameplay loop to keep your needs met (in this case, food and money), and a limited number of actions you can perform each day. It's simple, but, to me, is a tried and true formula, only problem is, with very few locations in the current version, the game runs out of unique content quite rapidly and you end up in a repeat loop of "work, eat, sleep" very fast, which you'll have to spin quite a bit to reach the current content cutout. I'd say I effectively saw everything I could see in my playthrough an hour before said playthrough ended, I wish there were more unique events with the various character, but it seems to be very close on the roadmap, so eager to see
Onto graphics, it's 3D models AND animation for most scenes, it works pretty well for what it's trying to communicate, this represents a large step up from the previous game
All in all, I don't think the game is currently worth its price tag, but I also have no doubt that it will be in a few months, so if you trust the author, go ahead, take a bite, and follow through with the updates, if you don't, keep your money for now and wait for a few patches, or play the first (complete) game to get a taste. I'll cautiously recommend the game if you're into some of the main fetishes the game caters to for now, but mostly on the ground that the author is likely to timelily deliver a completed game based on the concept presented here, which is very promising indeed
