This isn't so much as a negative review as it is more of an ambilvalent review. What the game does, it does well, it is a game instead of a kinetic novel, CYOA or any of the other multitude of non-games on the site, the UI is snazzy and snappy, and the mechanics are easy enough to pick up even if you've never heard of the OG game "Friday" (I sure as fuck haven't).

That being said, that's kind of all the game has on offer. There's some flavor text, but not really any meat of a story to bite into. What's there in the synopsis is pretty much the gist. Don't get me wrong, that's fine and all, but it just seems like the game is 60-70% there instead of 100%. The mechanics and UI is fleshed out, but the game feels like it'd fit better as a small part of a larger game than on its own... a minigame if you will.

I don't mind the AI graphics too much (in all honesty, I'm mainly playing these Twine games while genning my own smut in the background these days), but the paperdoll is kinda off. I get that it's trying to nail down that 50's era pop-art look but the graphics for them I think needed another polishing pass or so. I'm a complete sucker for any game that includes a proper paperdoll though, so it's a net positive overall.

I do think that the "X" rating is a bit too high for this game though. There's not a tit or nipple in sight (apart from 1-2 cards that has some visible hints of nips). It's all pretty softcore, and with the lack of any real smut of the textual nature, I really don't think this needs the X rating.
It'd definitely save people like me some time thinking that it'd end up like TF Card Battle near the end in terms of "porn cards".

Still, all in all, definitely experimental, and definitely a DesiDee game.

Had a lot of fun playing this today! Got a couple of wins and a couple losses as I played through it, so I think the difficulty is good, though more options to start might be appreciated for those of us who want to play with the extremes. The paperdoll is well done, and makes me wish we could just play with that.

Another banger from one of my favorite creators!

I was on the same page as other reviews saying it's too hard, until I realized I shouldn't be afraid of losing willpower early to thin the deck, and to activate my abilities every round. After that, it felt extremely well balanced. I would love to see this idea expanded with more levels of transformations (which I would say for any game, pretty much), but as it stands, it's a fantastic little game.

Decent little card game.

The transformation and erotic elements are very mild (and art very poor) so don't play this if you're just looking for a "good time".

The gameplay is solid. I found it quite easy; I did two playthroughs, one on Normal to see what happens if you win, and one on Hard to see what happens if you lose. I won both.

I'm a card game veteran though, so your mileage may vary. Personally speaking though, I'd like to see a new, even harder difficulty above Hard.

There are some typos ("Bibmo", lol) which I expect will be ironed out with updates. It also ran fairly slowly for me.

Overall, it's a fine experience, and I don't feel robbed of my half hour and $0 investment, but I don't think I'll be playing it again unless there are major updates.

Another good game from this dev. But I can agree that this game a little but too punishing. I play on easy and it's already hard to accomplish. Tho, Normal and Hard still doable, but yeah..... Need luck factor to clear it.....
