Silent Steps of Transformation

The images of this game were created with Stable Diffusion. The texts of the game were originally written in Turkish and translated into English with Grok3. I apologize for the problems with the texts.

In a world where the line between control and care blurs, you find yourself stepping into the enigmatic Veritas Nox Academy. The journey here was fraught with personal turmoil, but little did you know, the challenges were only beginning.

As you walk through the imposing gates of the academy, the principal, Ms. Zehra, greets you with a knowing smile. "Welcome to our academy," she says, her voice echoing a sense of both warmth and warning. "We've chosen you for a reason, one that might not be immediately clear but will soon become apparent."

She speaks of strict rules, of a life where every aspect, down to your health, is monitored. "We provide a health service here," Ms. Zehra explains, "due to common issues among our students. Please, do visit for an examination."

The academy, with its gothic ambiance and advanced technology, feels like a paradox. Your room, with its dark, ornate decor, seems to whisper secrets of those who came before. But the real mystery lies in the control mechanisms - a smart watch that locks onto your wrist, a phone that's not your own, and rules that dictate even the most personal aspects of life.

You're here, not just to learn, but to be part of a transformation, one that Ms. Zehra hinted at with her words. As you navigate this new world, you wonder what secrets Veritas Nox Academy holds and how you fit into its grand, mysterious design.

Welcome to Veritas Nox Academy, where you are both student and subject, in the silent steps of transformation.

It's reasonable to suppose the author has relied on AI for some writing because English is not their native language. While AI writing is often bad, it will be no use at all unless given adequate direction. I think the author made some reasonable efforts here. I don't mind that they used some tooling to help them. This is not a "great" game, and there are no flashes of genius, but it's not a bad one either... well, it's not really a game at all yet, just an almost completely linear intro.

I believe the author had some feelings they wanted to convey and the set up for the story feels somewhat genuine.

The AI images are variable. More care with the little portraits in the text bubbles would be nice though.

For example, the character's mother is upset and banishes them, but her face is still smiling - it spoils the tone.

Another example, the secretary is introduced as wearing glasses and immediately recognizable as a secretary, but sexy; she's shown as a dominatrix with no glasses, she has latex evening-wear and long loose blonde hair that does not say "secretary" in any way - not a good fit for the text.

Meanwhile, the MC seems to be sitting in the school-hall waiting room in his pyjamas - again not a good fit for the situation.

The "principal" looks a little too young, more twenty-four than forty, but at least *her* glasses are present.

The text does suffer from the heavy hand of AI, but I'll take this over the kind of messy pseudo-English that crops up in some games.

The pictures may sometimes be a bit "wrong" and obviously AI generated but they are quite nice in most cases, so again, it's fine.

The issue with this at the moment is that it's almost completely linear and just the intro and set-up... there's nothing more, so a bit hard to judge how it's going to turn out.

OK, this is simply a story at the moment. There are only one or two options.  However, the arwork is great and the plot is engaging.   I lookforward to seeing more.

So I'll be honest, my primary purpose of downloading and taking a look at this was because the description is so egregiously written with AI, I wanted to be able to know what I was talking about what I pointed it out, and the other review said it was short so I figured I'd give it a fair shake. I'm all for good use of AI images, and honestly this story does that pretty well, and the UI is utterly tolerable which isn't always a given, but that's basically all the props I can give.

Yes, it's the first version, but what it sets the foundation for is groan-worthy. It's set in the middle east, likely to justify characters being homophobic and as the PC turns into a girl making them straight so it's okay to have sex with men. Your mother wears a headscarf (the only woman doing so) and your stepfather (who along with the rest of the characters in the game better fit the demographics of an american city with less POC) calls you gay, tries to rape you, and lies and gets you kicked out so you can go to "Truth Night" Academy. Then you can basically get the rest of it from the AI description.

I mean "Welcome to Veritas Nox Academy, where you are both student and subject, in the silent steps of transformation.". I've used chatgpt to lay the groundwork for stories, (I realized this the next day, this means the title of the game is AI generated lol) I know ChatGPT when I see it, its a useful tool, but its a tool, not an author, and it makes the dev's patreon link more offensive.

I've played a couple of the dev's other games, which are utterly passable, but that's only because they're ABDL themed, and you really have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for ABDL content, feminization content does not have that issue. I'm only being such an ass here because they're literally being paid for making this, but keep your expectations low, it's not gonna get better, but if you like slop, fuck yeah.

A really intriguing start to the story. The author needs to keep going with it.

There's no game yet, but the intro is interesting.
