Bimbo Arena is a game about transforming competing characters in a small arena into bimbos. It's an arena style game, inspired by Bimbo Mall Battle and various arena style games (e.g. Gynoid Infection, House of Pandemonium). Currently you're able to transform your opponents with various weapons/items, seduce them to speed up their bimbo transformation when they're aroused, and win by transforming everyone else into a bimbo (or lose by becoming a bimbo and having another competitor win). There's a bunch of settings to customise the experience as well, like the number of competitors, item regeneration, new competitors spawns and some cleanup features to keep the arena from becoming too crowded.
This is the first of a series of prototypes I'm making while having a break from Manor development. Development of the prototypes is supported by my patreon (or subscribestar for those who prefer it). I might return to this project in the future, but for at least the next couple of months it will just have bugfix patches.
I'm keeping an eye on the discussion thread, but I'm easier to reach on my development discord.

A pretty good start!
I will watch with great interest. I will agree with others that the game could use some variety. Especially in bimbo games, even when there are lots of characters, it's easy ot have have all the characters kinda blend together. I would request some variety of skin types, body shapes and such. I think it's especially interesting to see how the bimbo versions pan out when the characters are very diverse. You don't see dark-skinned, asian or even more plump bimbo's very often!
This prototype is in a playable state right now, but unless you're really, really excited for it, I'd wait until it's been updated a few times to download it.
At the moment, it's lacking in quite a few areas. Most notably, content (as a few other reviewers have already mentioned) and also tutorials. It's entirely possible that I just missed something, but assuming I didn't, the only guide I could find was extremely bare-bones. If you wanted to jump into Bimbo Arena right away, it would probably be best to familiarize yourself with the interface of "Manor" (same creator) first, as I recall that game having a much more thorough tutorial and it's currently a much more complete game in general.
Really good start, especially that its still in prototype status. Nice gradual transformation sequences (and reuse of a familiar character from Pandemonium 3D) and I'm looking forward to see where it goes. Would love to see more characters as the previous reviewer noted.
Great game as usual, basically the exact energy as a bimbo-only run of House of Pandemonium. Love the TFs, definitely wish there were like, double the characters. The gameplay is... well, imagine being a single maid in Manor. It isn't quite that bad but it's extremely easy to get obliterated, and heals are pretty rare. That said... i ain't exactly playing it to WIN. I just wish it was a more viable option. The ONE thing i really would like before the author puts the game on hold for a month is a slightly smaller arena... like, one half the size (6 shops + the access areas all around them). It's kind of massive, which can make finding specific people difficult, and it starts SUPER zoomed in and i'm on a laptop without a scroll wheel so i can't zoom out. It's way too much clicking and dragging. Also, maybe a bit of clarity on how stats affect things? I don't know what the formula is for initiative and dodging, and that would be super helpful when doing character gen. All in all though, fantastic game. Wish it was more of a focus tbh. Manor got a bit TOO built out for my taste, and while it's still one of my favorite games on the site, it used to be a quick fun game. Now this is kinda taking that place, and I'm very happy for it.
