I created this over the weekend as I had this idea for a while. It was originally an RPG game with this minigame in it, but I think the minigame itself has a better gameplay loop.
I do have ideas of adding different mechanics like edging and modifiers you can unlock to make it easier or harder.
I'm also thinking of adding different types of transformations with harder difficulties.
Please let me know if I should expand this project!

An interesting sort-of proof of concept. Needs context as to why you should be jerking at the beat, and why not off-beat.
Not sure where the author is going with this, but I'd suggest something like switching 'beat' and 'off beat' for images with certain themes - i.e. controlling what you do or don't jerk off too. The subsequent transformations could then reflect the theme of the images.
It's also too easy. No problem winning first. Second run, I spammed the 1 button trying to lose, and still didn't.
