Honestly I like the idea of this.
I'd mention something about the content but it's just so broken 20 attempts to get through this and I can't get any further than the second island you go to.
Content : 4/10 what I experieced was good but 8x more bugs than content
It looks promissing, but it breaks on several spots like falling in the cave. You should try to add pictures and animations like when the sister has her way with the MC. Also there seems to be no way to become fully a girl.
The game is definitely an Alpha state. Other reviews already have some of the immediate issues like grammar (the author is not native English).
The maps are too big, too much space with not enough variety. There are spots where collision detection is non-existent, so you can "escape" the designated map, if you will.
There are scenes in the house that will trigger again if you try, and that soft-locks the game. Right now the scenes between the MC and Kathie, or the scenes between the MC and Annie are almost identical, so there isn't any reason to try and do both from what I can tell. There are places that interactions cause the faceset of the MC to revert to a default.
The game has a decent premise, but it will take a lot of work to truly make it a good game. 6/10 (grammar not included in score)

It really shows this is a Alpha version. Bad English and a lot of grammar mistakes
At several points in the story the game got stuck and would not recognise input forcing me to reload a previous save.
I am still looking forward to see this game get better because I think it could become a nice game to play
