'Girl by Accident' is an over 18 narrative-driven title that follows Alex Sterling, a young and successful architect. The main protagonist suddenly finds himself in a car accident only to wake up in the hospital filled with sexy nurses but to his surprise, he is now stuck in the body of "Alice" Sterling, a sexy young blonde woman. This uncensored visual novel explores what it's like to step into the female body. The true life adventure kicks in after a week when "Miss Sterling" gets out of the hospital. At that point, the player can decide to return to the family or move in with the appealing roommate, Lars. Every path you take can lead you to embrace new parts of your femininity or better yet, new methods of corruption to satisfy your penchant for adventure and sex. First, as others have already noted, the game is a bit grindy. A few more links to send the MC home from various places would help out with that. They are available from some places already, so that improvement is definitely within the ability of the author.
Second, while not to the level of being ungrammatical or immersion breaking, it's fairly evident that English is not the author's first language. The most obvious example is with references to an apartment building being a "noble residential complex" when a "luxury apartment complex" was the probable intent.
Third, the game barely qualifies as a TF game. All of the physical transformations occur at the start of the game while the MC is in a coma. I have some suggestions for changing that which I'll get into shortly when I discuss game play.
The game play involves your typical daily/weekly cycle. With various actions taking either no day parts, one day part, or the remainder of the day.
The first week is spent in a hospital adjusting to the aftereffects of the transformation the MC suffered while in a coma following the titular accident of Girl by Accident. The MC has various required actions to perform during that week at the hospital, but some choice of how to react to them. The hospital week is currently the weakest part of the game right now, largely because there are multiple missed opportunities here. Basically, the only substantial thing under the player's control is how slutty the MC will be. But, if what the MC chose to do also affected the MC's final appearance when she leaves hospital, that would both make the game more of a TF game than it currently is. There's also the opportunity for the MC to go pilfering from the rooms of other patients. But there's nothing to do in the hospital with your ill-gotten gains and the limited funds obtained aren't that significant a nest egg when you get out. Basically, all a player gets out of the petty pilfering is the option to see a few gifs if the player chooses to have the MC seduce herself out of being caught. If that helped establish skills used in the main part of the game, that would be better, but the game doesn't, and doing that would require adding a third post-hospital storyline to the game beyond the college student and office slut storylines already present. What's needed to make the petty pilfering relevant is things to spend the money on while in the hospital.
After getting out of the hospital, you're presented with two impactful story choices. First, since you lost your former apartment while in the hospital, you have to decide whether to set up with a roommate or your family. Second, you get to decide whether you'll go back to college for refresher courses to get your old job back or if you'll simply try to slut your way back into your former job. (While the game is unfinished, what's been written so far strongly suggests the MC ain't ever going back to being an architect in either path the author has planned.)
Overall, a reasonably decent game with interesting storylines and plenty of potential, but if you're looking for a game that lets the player decide what TFs will happen within the game, go elsewhere.
Oh, I wish that the progression went about 3-4 times as fast. It's quite grindy.

This game started out strong! Now, it's just chore of mindless activity with nothing leading anywhere like the orginal release.
Great Game, I am however gonna avoid it till the actual sex starts. Right now its only lesbian and up to anal and thats cool but no fun for me. Still though the game is great
Grinding, one direction progression, but if you can swallow these then you can enjoy it. Family content optional.
