Well, it is debatable. I do not think he gets the consent because the author of the other game has not turned up in a year. Yet, in the discussion thread, the original game is on the first line of the first post with reference link. It would be better if he leaves a reference in the DB summary as well. It also need more original work, which is why this is a 0.1.0. Hopefully when it is 0.9 there will be so much content that someone is willing to write him a different background story.
Now, the problem is, since this sandbox game is handled by a Russian with English as a foreign language, the quality of this sandbox game may suffer. The Original game has great presentation... and I am not sure if this sandbox game can hold up to that.
I'm not sure whether to call the "author" a thief or a murderer. On one hand, he just took the original game by lmsmolly and imported it into a different engine. On the other, in the process he murdered the English language with such profound lines as "Today you marked as a disease. So that you can did not go to work." Judging by the use of QSP, I assume this is a Russian with little working knowledge of English. The original game was promising, and the writing was pretty good.
