Lying on the Strip is a transformation game written in the DayDreamer engine by Fever Dreamer.
Earlier today, you recieved a flyer advertising a Strip Liar's Dice tournament for a decent prize. It sounds like fun, . You get dressed in your best shirt and tie and prepare yourself for the tournament. You think to yourself, "Hopefully, I won't have to strip all the way, heh, heh, heh, still it would be worth it."
This is a common game for the bar night among friends with a slight change. I tried to call a 4 threes after a 3 sixes and was told that it was an invalid call.
Also there is another rule not implemented into the game, "if someone calls a one, it will no longer be the wild card."
The game is easy to beat. I bid 4 times and won the game without a scratch. I guess the gem of the game lies else where.
The media is the weak point of this game. The drawing is not very appealing. I know it is not the main point of the game, I know, but that is room for improvement.
Very fun game! I have to confess that I am not a fan of most of Fever Dreamer's games (usually because of the difficulty), but I greatly enjoyed this little gem. The continuous minor transformations on each lost round work out fantastic, and despite being a gambling game she found a way to make enough variation in how the transformations unravel to make me want to replay it a couple of games. Definately worth a spin!
