In this project, one plays as either a male nosferatu named Brone Lorcan and a female vampire hunter named Absinthe Van Gothen. All of my interactive novels fall under the same story arc, this title, chronologically, is the 4th episode in the series. Hope you enjoy this, and please "like" any of my projects you enjoy here!

Yeah, I don't get all the hate the author is getting.
I'm definitely a fan of Anaximanes' games, even though I still haven't played this one in particular (file size is just too big to download). I love all the details in the world-building, the graphics, etc. they all add up to a very immersive experience, IMO.
Yes, I get it that most of them are more illustrated novels than games. I suppose that is a matter of personal taste, I tend to prefer interactive novels than sandbox games, so Anax's games are the sort of stuff I tend to enjoy.
So, just wanted to add my two cents and assure the author that he does have fans here.
I'm someone who tries games even if the reviews are bad and I will say that this game isn't as bad as everyone seems to make it.
Images & Audio
There is a lot of amazing images and audio in this game which shows the hard work that the author has put into this. Nowadays it feels like 90% of all games on html just uses the same "stock images" and the fact that the author has put in their own work for EVERY SINGLE PAGE says a lot. Every single page has it's own image with what is happening and it makes it so much easier to follow the storyline and "put yourself in the characters shoes". The fact that there is audio that is suited to each scene really creates a nice atmosphere that helps to make this game much more enjoyable that without it.
Images & Audio: 9.5/10 (basically 10/10)
Transformations
I really like the idea of the natural "good" storyline that continues on with the story and the "bad ends" as a seperate side idea. There is a very wide range of different fetishes and transformations that really appeals to everyone. I think this area of the game is pretty well done as in you can definitely see where they were going with this game and it generally works.
Transformations: 8/10
Writing
Obviously mostly everyone in the previous reviews seem to hate on this part of the game so I'll try to say as much as I can. On the storyline end of the writing, it is pretty well though out. I can see that there was a clear plan with the storyline and it generally worked kind of well. I think the main problem with the main storyline is that it's a bit to back and forth. I kind of understand what the plan was but it went one way then split into a different way, then proceeded back towards the original way. It's still a good storyline but it just needs to be fleshed out a bit. The writing for transformations does need some work however and in my opinion is the part that needs the most work. The transformations themselves are pretty nice as stated above, it's just the decriptions for it is short. It often feels like it turns into a "you got fucked by a crocodile then got turned into a crocodile" sort of description. If the author ever comes back to this game all he/she needs to do is simply write more for the transformations.
Writing: 6/10
OVERALL
Overall this game has had a lot of effort put into it and it shows. To all those people who are hating on the author because of his "lack of skill of writing", shut up. To everyone else, I definitely reccomend that you give this game a try. It's worth it and it definitely engages with a very large audience. If you try it and you don't like it then thats fine, just move on to the next game. There's absolutely no need to shit on the author and say how he can't write.... IN FACT LETS SEE YOU DO BETTER THEN.
Overall: 8/10
I haven't played the Game Mode but I doubt it saves this. Anax just isn't as good of a writer as he thinks he is, and should probably stick to writing porn-focused games like S&B: Conversion.
Too hard for now...will maybe try again if the hunts either become easier or a cheat becomes available. I am more of a story person than one who dwells in trying again and again with grinking esque habits. I'm stuck continuously dying in the Asylum ^^
I read through it for a while but honestly had to stop well before anything interesting finally happened.
I appreciate the effort and thought being put into this, but this is in serious need of editing. i think the writer has clearly gotten caught up in the idea that they have all this world building, all these ideas that tie everything together and they think that it's all important. It might help bring life to the setting in such a way that they can write more easily but it makes reading a tedious slog. We don't need to know every litle thing about their lives, just make their behavior demonstrate who they are.
And for that matter the dialogue is clunky. And not in a "this is being written in a most formal manner" but in a "just not at all how people talk" sort of way.
I don't want to sound to harsh here. I lot of love has been put into this and I hoenstly intend to go back to it and read through some more. The art is better than we get in a lot of these things, and they've celarly put some work into this. I skipped over loads of it as it is and I'm still bored.
In spite of all that, I'm still going to click "like" and I'm still interested in seeing where things go.
