Female Agent is a text-based sexpionage RPG. Create a Western intelligence officer and send her undercover into Bangkok's red light district. She'll have to navigate her way through a sex-fuelled urban underbelly to take down a dangerous international terrorist.
Will she succeed or become trapped in Bangkok's criminal underworld?

PSA for FA: it's a lovely short game, BUT beware because it's been in dev hell since 2018.
Gameplay is linear in current state, and it's the ?? time the backend of this text game is being reset.
Immersive creative writing is the dev forte, so expect to see cycles of the following: promises of hot, then soon, then complaints of burn out, threats of reset, reset. All while story going nowhere fast.
Good news is the number of frustrated parodies that have sprung up by more promising devs depending on your kink; like Blue Swallow (for Lifepath fans), Girl Spy (for a TF clone), Future Agent (the weakest IMHO).
Took 6 years to get the story from background to START of mission, any takers for how many decades before mission ends? You'll need to replay from start each update, because you'll have forgotten the plot by the time next update comes around.
Well whaddya know? A well written story, with plausible motivation for the main character, and a wealth of colour and detail.
The story can drag a little sometimes, because there's only so many nuggets of information I need to immerse me in the author's imagination, but it's well-paced and the escalation is pitch perfect.
This joins The Princess Trap on my desperately seeking updates list.
It's a bit of a double-standard. I have criticised other games for being less of a game than a novel and you can level that criticism against Female Agent. There are few meaningful choices on offer here.
But it's just so well done, so much fun to play through (I've played through three times now) and each time I am diasspointed when I hit the end.
I would like more, and more meaningful, choices but the plot is excellent and the writing consistently so.
I can see myself supporting development of this one.
As an aside I too got here via Girl Spy, which was also excellent.
This is a truly great game.
Cards on the table though: I'd entirely missed this one, because you play it starting out as a woman. I only played it because it inspired Lobsterman9999's 'Girl Spy'. I loved that so much that I came to see the game that inspired that and found that this one is the one with the excellent interface and nicely animated dice for random number selection. I'd missed out.
I do think the authors are missing a trick by not incorporating a Girl-Spy-esque TG element at the start, but it's still a great game and very playable. No bugs or issues either. Well worth your time to give it a play.
Very well written and looks really well done.
At first, I felt like it was really short, but then I realized I had been playing it for several hours.
The story just sucked me in and time flew by.
