Ariman Rebirth by Sorrow is a RAGS-based remake of an older game, the ADRIFT-based Curse of Ariman by Decker. It is a magical transgender fantasy adventure.
You are a thief adventurer who has learned about a fortune to be made by burglaring the tower of the reclusive wizard, Ariman. Two fellow burglars have already attempted that you know of, and not been seen since, but you are confident you can do better.
You fall victim to magical traps in the tower, resulting in your transformation to a girl. You need to find your way to complete a series of tasks laid out for you by Ariman in the hopes of being able to return to your old life.
You/Nikki: You are the player character; you can pick your starting name. You are a part-time thief, part-time adventurer, a man who knows his way around a lock or scam as well as he does his blade. You are handsome, successful in your trade, and one step ahead of the law.
Ariman: The wizard whose tower you plan to rob.
Charles: Ariman's apprentice and assistant.
Bill: The innkeeper at the inn where you're staying. He is a short, strong, and has an eye for well-endowed women.
Daniel: The city watchman who patrols the streets.
Tina: The proprietor of TinaB's Fashion Boutique.
Korrax: The lord of the manor at the east end of town.

v0.27:
I finally got around to playing this RAGS game and it is quite good. Story is told well enough through your interaction with items, rooms and NPCs in the game, there are multiple way through every puzzle and you have a small amount of control over your transformations at times (e.g. for puzzles) but also run the risk of some transformations being forced because of your choices.
Interactivity in this RAGS game is excellent with the RAGS map being easy to follow and it is difficult to get lost: the map framework itself you are exploring within is limited in this release, but still quite adaquate as more of the locations to visit become open as you progress through the game. Backtracking is kept to a relative minimum, with "needless" backtracking being almost nil (unless you want to grind for coin at one point) and story-progression backtracking being well handled.
Images in the game are very suitable for what events you find yourself in and I don't think there is much more to add there. In the forum thread for this game there have been comments about additional images for special events and the secret "trophy" tracking, but I think it can be passed on without too much fuss because of the good descriptive writing.

I really like this game, and I hope it's completed sometime. The mental changes are very well written, and it's definitely worth the time.
This is actually a very fun, pretty thorough game. Very well written, alternating between sexy and playfully laid back.. Very nice game!
