Incredibly short. The writing is choppy and while the spelling is okay, it's quite difficult to read due to lack of punctuation marks and capitilizations. Still, it is just a concept at this point, so roughness is to be expected. If the author can keep working on it, add more content and clean up what's already here it should turn out decent.
