You're the star quarterback, the homecoming king, and you're dating the hottest girl in school. Life is good...or it was, until you got yourself cursed by a witch. She wanted you to lose your muscles and your spot as the starting quarterback, but to your horror, other changes seem to be taking place too.
Play as a black, white, or asian main character and date either the new star quarterback, the witch who cursed you, or stay with your girlfriend. Will you accept your fate and become a cheerleader, or try to retain your masculinity and your spot as the starting quarterback?

Before you go to bed each night, you'll be given hints about what you need to do to advance the story. A walkthrough and FAQ section can also be found on the Hints tab in the game.

Some 1.6.1 reviews should have perhaps been posted in the discussion thread. :)
Twine (Sugarcube) games are usually built in the Twine engine.
The Twine engine has pre-made story formats so anyone with a creative spark can get right into making their own story/game with no coding capability required.
It's not Dreamweaver. It's a freeware app.
Much of the CSS is baked-in, so overriding that is quite the undertaking for an author... (and requires working html, css and js knowledge.)
And to add, Vim has been regularly updating this game for over half a decade with incremental content
It is Vim's game. It is Vim's vision.
Considering Vim doesn't directly paywall or gatekeep the game, I think the 'desktop browser' unspoken requirement isn't unfair.
You Throw Like a Girl is a long-standing mainstay of TFGS, and the number of likes is well deserved.
Vim has created a lengthy story that diverges in all kinds of ways, and can almost tailor to many fantasies in this genre.
Each update consistently brings fixes, tweaks, and improvements and have always pushed the game forwards in terms of development.
And that's been the case for years, now.
Much care, love and attention have been poured into this, and it shows.
I've played many iterations of this game, from way back before you could continue a relationship with Jessica, and before the paperdoll was implemented - right up to the current day.
It's a game I can always go back to, and always play through, and spend several hours doing so without that feeling of "This is just an engine for porn gifs" like many other games on TFGS.
Admittedly, the game is very generic-twine looking, but it's the content that matters - and there's tons of it.
I solidly recommend this game to others.
The game structure appears to be 'Gauntlet' and 'Loop and Grow' combined.
The characters each have distinct personalities, and are written just enough for you to infer your own depth on them - which in my opinion, is a hard balance to strike.
The story is 'Magical Transformation' - and handles it with suprising care, as most tropes would have (cringeworthy) hilarity ensue.
Yes, fine, it's not a deep novel. The story is a little thin but it works. It doesn't need to be a lore-fest. :)
Towards the back end of the game is where there's stronger divergence, and the paths become heavily tailored.
From my own experience in game development, I can attest that this will be where tons of work is done, and the player won't see 90% of it.
Overall Vim keeps things simple. There's a handful of shop items. The character customisation is three skin tones and a custom name.
The story is the story, and you can't cheese your way into starting the game with 'the good stuff'. It's a solid structure that ensures you go on a journey - one you want to see through as far as you can go.
Thank-you, Vim, for your hard work and dedication to craft. :)
Wish the trans none reality change was updated.
The game itself is generally excellent, one of the best here on TFGames, [serious caveats below] with some rough spots that have mostly been smoothed with time. The trans path was a bit of a mess for a while, and you could easily, despite the walkthrough end up getting stuck in strange ways.
That said, while this is a game well worth trying, and used to be one of the best games on the site for mobile, it is an absolute disaster for mobile now. I don't know if the (highly talented) author is trapped in 1999 with only PC/Mac-based browsers, but even on a large tablet, the gigantic side panels (on both sides!!!) comprehensively wreck the formatting, leaving you with a tiny thread of text down the middle with only a word or two per line, and giant, mostly blank space side panels on both sides.
Even putting a large tablet (let alone a phone) into desktop mode does nothing, unlike most other browser-based games.
If you are lucky enough to have access to a computer that you can play such games on, give this a try. It's a really impressive range of transformations and changes, ranging from magical trans to real-world trans, to more-or less MM, and of course MF, FF, etc.
One of the best games here! It's easy to play in a browser, well laid out and easy to read. I'm surprised at how complete it is, even though some end game content is still missing. The whole trans path I find very real, despite the magic behind it. I love the integration of character graphics, and the granularity of it, and even the ability to customize the order of transformations and how that changes the game. There's a huge variability in a playthrough based on that alone! Definitely worth playing!
@Max5667
1) thats not how periods work...
2) Vim has said that he does not want to put pregnancy in a game where all the characters are seniors in high school as that feels rather unfair to them. I understand wanting it so myabe you write your own mods to the game to include that risk ¯_(ツ)_/¯
With that out of the way. I love this game I really want to see all the paths get a beit more fleshed out even though that seems to be out of the question as the creator has said they are burnt out. It has one very complete path in the transformation chearleeder path, a nearly finished trans path, and several very developed romance paths with Jessica, Raven, and Griffin. 9/10 would recomend to my close firends.
