Sweeter Than Candy is an interactive story; my fourth title shared on this site. Here’s a synopsis.
"One summer evening you joined friends to watch a meteor shower. While searching for those streams of cosmic debris, you spot something hurtling toward Earth. It explodes overhead before you could sound the alarm. You lose consciousness for a few seconds. Your friends, meanwhile, didn't seem to witness anything unusual in the sky.
The following day you wake up in a different body: slim, smooth, and feminine. No one seems to have noticed. In fact, they treat you as if nothing has changed. Are you dreaming? Do you have selective amnesia? Regardless of the answer, if there is one, you need to deal with your new reality."

It's just a sweet, cute story, with some paths and interactions. I don't love Harlowe over Sugarcube, since it makes the interface and saving harder, but this is good. There's real effort to sell the world and circumstances.
Play it more like a VN, and you'll be fine.
Two years and there's still not much to the game. Can finish what's avaliable in under 10 minutes. The lack of images is also a turn off.
Overall a pretty straightforward story, you get transformed and now embrace femininity... Still, I'm rather blue-balled from not getting any, even as a woman, it seems that the best friend is still my, if very feminine, hand.
Although the various characters and stories are interesting side pieces, the underlying quest of figuring out why this happened or who else might be aware of the changes seems to be put on permanent hold after the visit to the doctor.
So, overall, pretty good writing, the selection of outfits is actually well-picked by the author, not only does it match the occasion but it actually doesn't look like the MC throws on the most slutty and tasteless outfits like in other games. Still, one thing that leaves me wondering, is how the MC can waltz into the office wearing heels, despite never wearing them as a man prior to the transformation? Is this another one of those feelings MC has that they have known this part of them their whole life just that it's hazy?
I'd like to see more of a connection with other characters. It seems the MC is rather antisocial insofar that they just go through life and only engage with people on a superficial level. Even at home, the MC doesn't have any hobbies or really, a tangible personality. At best they go grocery shopping or do some light sports, pretty much the most routine things almost everyone in the world engages in. The MC doesn't get angry, curious, or display any emotion other than passive apathy to all.
In the end I'm left with a mixed bag... I like the writing, the stories seem to have an interesting hook, but they don't really go anywhere, meanwhile I'm left in the shoes of a character I was never taught to care, nor has the character endeared itself to me through our shared humanity. But I do have to say, the image choices are rather good, and like I've mentioned, the outfits are tastefully picked, well done on that end.
The first two chapters are really great and promissing, unfortunately the third one is still WIP
As others have said before me, sort for now, but good. Willing to keep an eye on it. Cheers
