The game is in Forced Feminization theme and takes place at Womonly (a portmanteau for Women Only), the player is feminized and trained to work at the Clinic. The next versions will go into possible escapes and other adventures.

As the others before me stated, the game definitely has potential. It is a little creepy as far as the compliance/non-compliance aspect really has no effect. However, I do like it and can't wqit to see where it goes.

But, really, I find that black background and white letters are 'not so pretty' for not saying awful.
I'm going to be honest, the "game" has some issues. The main one is the text is often hard to read because of the light blue background. I'd recomend changeing the background to black, and the black text to white. The spelling and gramar is mostly fine, though the author already knows it needs work, so that's all l'll say on the topic. Though, there is a part of the story that really agravates me, but l think thats a good thing, given the context (all l can say without spoilers, but it's fairly early into the game, so just refuse to sign the contract and you'll eventualy see what l mean).
In short, I think the "game" has potential, but l have to agree with DarkDaemon
A decent start I think. My biggest issue is how hard it was to read. The colors chosen for the background really wash out the pink text, so I have to highlight every Dr. Rose line to read it. I'd fix this before the next update, as that alone will turn away a great many people for playing this game.
No meaningful choices, you either willingly do things, or you get forced into doing them.
If it was me, I'd say "screw the motorhome, I need to escape as soon as possible", there is no way this is legal, a single town can't have these inhumane procedures, and have the rest of the world accept them, no need to stick around after that unfair trial, and the easiest time to escape would be after the whole medical procedure, after you choose to be caged, everything can still easily be reversed.
None of the characters are likeable either.
