You will meet a Proserpian woman who will eventually "Bond" with you.
The Bond will make her change in both body and mind. As of current update, she has gone through 1 transformation (final one will come in the future).

In Chapter 6 (live) you will encounter a mysterious entity that will make one of your shipmates look a bit... hotter.

In Chapter 7 (live for patrons), your Vulvan crewmate will go through a corrupted version of Fronn Parr, the Vulvan equivalent of being in heat. And her boobs will get bigger.

Kliton women get breast erections.

Jessica Ward will get a boob job, as instructed by the main character. More to follow in the future.

The Android "customizes" herself (Chapter 7). Though, since she is an Android, one could argue it's not body transformation in the same sense as the others.
