Crossworlds is a game for those who enjoy adventure, dating simulation, and exploring new worlds through interaction with unique characters. The game is currently in development and is funded by patreon backers.
This is the story of a city boy in a small community that drained all the opportunities offered to him. However, he switches places with his other dimension alter ego for unknown reasons, clueless about this new world and feeling a strange mystical force that grows and manifests within him.
Explore this new and exciting civilization in the company of fantastic characters.
The game consists of different chapters in which you can make decisions that will affect the story. You will learn to take control over your emotions and influence other characters as well while rising to the most crucial ranking of heroes in your city.
This game was created with a lot of effort and ONLY for you to have fun. You can download it for free; however, we can continue creating improved and better content with your support.
We just (August 12th) released a new update! Here are a few promotional shots of it!
Played for a while just to realize how shallow the actual content is. Unfortunate, because it had a promising premise, but it feels like this'll be another game abandoned before it ever really gets off the ground.
Edit: The dev has three other games "In development" So, that basically confirms that this will never actually see any real content, and even if it proves me wrong, it'll be over the course of the next decade. XD
Played through this in about an hour. What content is there shows a lot of potential. Good, if uneven, art. Interesting mechanics. Essentially, you are given a series of choices which require certain preparation (ie. items in your inventory, or stats) and the specific outcome may depend on what choices you are able to make. So I can see quite a lot of replayability there. Worth a look, but the current end of content happens right when stuff starts getting good.
This actually has some potential as a lightweight fantasy questing game. The UI is quite good, mechanics simple enough, and some of the writing is interesting (once past the character introductions). There isn't much TF content but this is just an ntro.
