From Rel.Pink, the designers of BMO TV and The BMO Files, comes a Feminization Idle game, that releases fully completed on Steam and itch.io now.
(The game is unavailable on Steam in Germany because Steam refuses to follow the german law regarding 18+ content, so please use itch.io instead.)
Lead an alien bacterial race that induces male to female body transformations, one cell at a time… But as your hosts embrace their new bodies, the politicians close in… Femdemic is a witty, trans-affirming idle clicker with two story paths that explore gender, happiness, and femininity.

Liberation is a wholesome, trans-affirming story. Lead a benevolent mission to give each trans woman the body she needs. Increasing your hosts’ self-love is crucial to success. But beware politicians as they attempt to lock down this trans awakening …
Compliance is a feminization-fetish story for mature players. Your alien bacterial race spreads to new hosts through sex, but there’s a catch - All natural-born Earth women are immune. The solution: Transform infected males into new females! Change each male host into a sexy female one - then encourage them to mate and spread the infection. Operation Feminize Earth has begun.

Bought this game on itch.io because I don't want my friends to see me playing a fetish game through steam, lol. The core mechanics of the game work well and its clear a lot of care was taken to make it work smoothly and well from a technical perspective. Also the sytem built for rendering the avatars looks great and the progression of physical transformations looks amazing. That said there is less of a focus on game play and so it suffers from a lack of replayabiliy. I played the fetish story mode and some of the dialog had me thinking that the gameplay mechanics were more nuanced than they were. To me there seemed to be hints that pushing to a complete transformation would trigger some sort or negative consequence in terms of limiting spread or triggering more intense "cure" progression from humanity but this is not the case. Also, once you progress far enough to start unlocking additional content in the form of additional transformations based on specific mtf transformation fetishes there is virtually no difference other than the graphics for the avatar. Maybe one or two sentences change in the flavor text. There aren't even any changes to the "end game" cinematic.
It seems to me that if the author added a few mechanics to the gameplay this could go from a "maybe buy if you really like gradual transformations" to "this is worth buying because its a fun game."
I bought this game on steam, and I have been playing it for about 24 hours now, and feel it is about time to post a review of the game as I have experienced it so far. This game is trying to be three different types of games at the same time. As such, I am going to review it four times. Once for each game, and finally a fourth time for how it plays as a whole.
First: The Idle Game
This game very much models itself off of an idle game, however it has several major flaws that stand in the way of it being a successful one, that I hope the developers can iron out through updates. First and foremost, it isn't actually an idle game. The vast majority of the game will be spent actively clicking and managing resources, there is no ability to buy or build management systems that auto buy or auto manage anything. Every time a 'zone' of the host's body levels up, all production in that zone STOPS until you click on the level button and read the repetitive text for leveling that zone. It plays every time, and repeats infinitely no matter how many times you see it. So you can't just max out a zone and let it run on it's own. The game will ALWAYS grind to a halt until you go through and manually click to level every body part. Whenever story text comes up, manual clicking is disabled until you click through the story, so auto clickers to help deal with the manual grind are only semi useful. And of course, because new resources are added at the start of the list, not the end, often times when you are trying to click on something you can now afford, you don't buy it because it's hit box moved on the screen, and at higher levels when you are earning a lot of points, this can mean trying to click the same box half a dozen times as it moves around the screen before being able to catch the damn thing. There is a prestige system... kind of, but it isn't like other idle games. You don't get a bunch of upgrade points to spend to make everything easier the next go through, instead you start an arbitrary and unseen story clock to kill your last run, start a new run with a choice of two random upgrades, and are expected to understand that you can go back to your old run and prestige it a dozen more times to keep making your new run stronger and stronger until your old run is killed at the end of the clock. And then there is the worst part. The points you earn for maxing things out are just used to unlock different transformation outfits in subsequent play throughs of the game... requiring you to delete your current save and start over. Which is unheard of in an idle game, and the points you get seem to go DOWN the better you do in your run, so the more of a completionist you are, the longer it will take you to unlock everything. It encourages you to play a bad playthrough, just to unlock new costumes so that you can play another bad playthrough.
Second: The Plague Simulator
It isn't one. Not really. You have several different regions of the body that you can transform in any order you want, and you have to manage how heavily you transform them. However you can't plan out different ways to play. There is only ONE playloop. There is only one vector of infection. Vaginal sex. There is no method that I can determine to prevent detection or a cure. That is on a story loop timer that will play itself out no matter what you do. You can't really pick and choose your virus. That is all just the idle game 'make the numbers get bigger', which as addressed in the previous section, doesn't really tickle the idle game endorphin rush. You can't really strategize, because there is no strategy. It is a very simple loop, that is just there to provide a framework for the porn.
Third: The Porn Game
I wasn't really expecting much here to be honest, and Femdemic did not disappoint. There isn't much here to be honest. There are two sex scenes. Oral sex where your character's back is to you. And vaginal sex where her face is to you. There is no anal sex. No alternate positions. No real interaction with the host beyond watching, and getting to pick from a limited list of randomly selected clothes whenever you level exhibitionism, and woe to you if you get a bad roll, because you can end up with some disgusting outfits. So expect to leave the character on nude view all the time. Don't like seeing a naked man? Well... better transform him fast, because that's the whole of the porn loop. It would have been nice to have more here. The ability to influence different kinds of kinks, different kinds of outfit choices, different kinds of SOMETHING... but no. It's guy to bimbo with semi-adequate paper dolls. And the transformations don't even sync up in a way that makes sense. Level immune system up past a certain point and he stands like a girl with one arm raised like he is holding a purse in the crook of his elbow... why isn't that in identity? What does that have to do with immune system? Makeup, that would be under face, right? Nope! Horniness, the hornier he is, the more garish and bimboesque his makeup is. Want your girls to have slender bodies, long legs and small tits? This is not the game for you. Short girls, fat giant tits, wide hips, and long hair. This is where all the transformations go. This is the only kind of 'girl that guys like' that exists for this game apparently.
Fourth: The game as a whole
Honestly, this should be a beta, not a full release. It has a lot of promise, but it needs a LOT of help and development. I was able to break the game in 8 hours by just leveling one virus factory past #cc, at which point the upgrades cost less than the production scaling it gives, allowing it to infinitely upgrade. This whole thing needed more feedback from play testers, people who weren't in it just for the one kink that the developer loves and could give honest thoughts. I would love to see this become something better, but right now, it is not worth the money. Not for a full release 'finished' game. If this is all the development this product is being given... stay away.
