Game Modes

Radiant Star Overture is a third-person shooter inspired by classic and modern science fiction. The gameplay features combat with ranged weapons, melee attacks, and special skills. There are two game modes:

• Survival of the Biggest: Waves of giantess are attacking and all you have to defend yourself is a shrink ray and brute force. All while a strange phenomenon is affecting your height.
• Mercenary Hunt: Eliminate all enemies in the level.

After responding to a distress signal, you and your crew get ambushed and crash land into a desert planet outpost, trapped by a containment field. You soon find out a mercenary group of alien giantess warriors has been harassing the outpost.

As the senior officer on site, your priority is to protect your crew and find a way to contact your ship, but you are not about to let the people of the outpost fend for themselves alone.

On Survival of the biggest, look for the Start Wave terminals, marked with a little flag on the Radar, on the top right corner of the screen. During intermissions, explore the outpost, you can use the score you acumulated on the last waves to buy upgrades for your shrink ray, recovery items or new special skills. Find shops with the help of the Radar.
