A young boy lives with his mother. At one point her boyfriend moves in. He convinces her that her son should pay the rent to grow up.
So the protagonist is forced to get a job. NOTRI gives him a company phone. The next evening he finds a strange application that allows him to spy on other people.
Also during this period strange events begin to happen in his life.
The main character - Guy 21 years old, virgin, a bit feminine in appearance. Modest and insecure.
Girfriend - Girl 21 years old, virgin, friend of the main character since childhood. Extremely modest.
David - professional psychologist and manipulator. He has sadistic tendencies and likes to control others.
Judy - Deputy Head of LifeWithPlus. Loves to bully her employees.
Jacob - The main character's classmate and bully. Extremely masculine, likes to get whatever he wants.

Indeed a very strong resemblance to "A Wife's Phone", with (so far) only focus on the sub side of it. Not very much there yet (which is totally OK in this early version), but what's there is generelly working. If you like this type of game you might enjoy this one when it gets more content, right now it's a bit too early. Also the direction to take right now (if you want that content) more or less expects you to not simply pay your rent (which you could relatively easily), so some sort of "forced" element would make more sense if you really want to go that way.
Altogether too early to judge right now, but it could be nice one day.
