I created this over a random weekend. It was originally an RPG game with this minigame in it, but I think the minigame itself has a better gameplay loop.
I do have ideas of adding different mechanics like modifiers you can unlock to make it easier or harder.
I'm also thinking of adding different types of transformations with harder difficulties.

HEAT & CHILL SYSTEM
Your body temperature ranges from –100 to +100:
• CHILL (–100 to –26): Body is numb. Pleasure rises slower, and you regain little control.
• NEUTRAL (–25 to +25): No modifiers. Balance between tension and calm.
• HEAT (+26 to +100): Body is responsive. Pleasure rises faster, arousal increases more quickly, and hitting beats restores more control.
CONTROL-BASED CLIMAX
When pleasure reaches 100, your orgasm is determined by your control:
• Control ≥ 51: Femgasm – A powerful, transformative climax.
• Control ≤ 50: Male Orgasm – Uncontrolled, no transformation.
However, the CUM option only appears if pleasure is:
• At least 90 when you’re in HEAT (pleasure rising by 10).
• At least 95 when you’re in CHILL (pleasure rising by 5).
EDGE MECHANIC
When pleasure reaches 90 or more, press Shift or click EDGE:
• If you hit the red zone: resets pleasure to 50, boosts control, and adds HEAT.
• If you miss: you lose a big chunk of control and fall deeper into CHILL.
ZONE SHIFTING
Every 3 BEATS, the red zone moves to a new location. You must adapt quickly to maintain COMBO and stay heated.
AROUSAL DRAIN
Arousal drains steadily over time. If it reaches 0 before climax, you lose the round—no orgasm, no transformation.
GOAL
You must experience a Femgasm in at least 5 out of 6 rounds to fully transform. Fail, and your body remains unchanged.
Manage your heat. Jerk on beat. Transform with control.

I guess I don't really get the idea behind games like this. This is a website focused on transformation fetishes. We come here and play these games to experience transformations within them. Making a game where the only gameplay mechanic is to make yourself NOT transform doesn't make any sense. Why would I put effort into not seeing the content I'm here for?
With the version of this game I downloaded, to advance the transformation I literally had to do nothing. I start the game, my character's arousal fades, the transformation is triggered. I do this five times and I get the full content which is maybe a few hundred words of an average MTF transformation. The game is now over. What was the point?
The idea behind orgasm control being tied to the transformation is an interesting one, and the UI is well-designed, but I would really suggest re-working the premise to make controlling the orgasm be a benefit to the player rather than a downside for people that literally have a transformation fetish. It could really be as simple as having our character want to become a woman, but the drug they took or spell they used (or whatever) only triggers upon a properly controlled orgasm. Hit the prompts right and you transform, fail them and you don't. Now I as a player need to engage with the gameplay mechanics to get the result I am looking for.
I'm sure the game as it is now appeals to someone somewhere, but to me all the logic seems backwards.
An interesting sort-of proof of concept. Needs context as to why you should be jerking at the beat, and why not off-beat.
Not sure where the author is going with this, but I'd suggest something like switching 'beat' and 'off beat' for images with certain themes - i.e. controlling what you do or don't jerk off too. The subsequent transformations could then reflect the theme of the images.
It's also too easy. No problem winning first. Second run, I spammed the 1 button trying to lose, and still didn't.
