The scenario is a fun, short (or rather, not complex) game. I think more could've been done with the virus symptoms, like actual physical transformation instead of "person dies, poof, they're a girl now". Overall, not much different than a regular Plague Inc game, but I look forward to seeing future updates.

It's pretty basic. Nothing's changed from the default except some flavor text. You still buy symptoms like vomiting, fever, and such, in order to kill. Since it's a slight tweak to the zombie mode, you then evolve "corpses become women" with all the other symptoms nearly identitical to the original mode, minus minor text alteration. The UI and game events continue to refer to the infected as zombies, so past a certain point in the game, it's entirely possible to forget you're playing a customized version. 

It needs a lot of work to make it feel different - I'd suggest not using the Zombie mode as a base, and maybe default or the Neurax worm.
