Oh my... I'm not sure quite how to recieve this. I'm extremely eager to see where you go from here, and even more curious about what TF or Adult themes you'll include. This is definitely a Twine game unlike any other out there, and for that reason I'm intrigued and hope you continue to put out more content.

As far as a review. this is very short. It took my perhaps 5 minutes to play, so this is merely an introduction, if that. A lot of branching choices are established, but thus far, they all reach a dead end before any significant story development can occur. They mostly boil down to resist into pain submit or submit into pleasure. It's safe to expect some sadomassocism stuff. 

It gives some pretty extreme vibes, so it may be alianating to some. 

It is a wierd and definitely painful start, but still interesting. I will wait for more to buid my opinion.
