You start the game as a freelance programmer whos career is not as successful as expected. Hence, you are desperately seeking for a client to buy the \"special software\" you have been working on for a while and you hope it will make you filthy rich.
In the meantime, your sister is constantly arguing with her daughter, as she doesn\'t want to go to college yet. Your niece ends up leaving home and comes to your apartment, as she needs somewhere to stay in the city. For now, she\'ll try to find a job and become a independent strong woman, but we\'ll see where the story, and you, take her.
There are three main visible stats in the game: Friendship, Horny and Money. You can see them at the top right and left corner of the screen. There is also one hidden stat and that is how horny you are. Based on these stats and your interaction with the environment the story paths unfold.
NOTE: There is no physical transformation of the main character. it focuses on slow mental degeneration, corruption and hypnosis, specially of the female characters and performed by the MC, although it is still an early stage.
I\'m currently the story writer for this game, so I\'m really open to suggestions. Feedback will be much appreciated!
IMPORTANT: If you want to REPORT A BUG, please do it on the discussion thread so I can answer and try to solve it for you. Most of bugs occur because a previous version save file has been used. If the latest is your case, try starting a new game first.
Christine: Your niece. After a strong fight with her mother, she leaves home trying to find her place in the world and in the big city.
Sister: Your favorite and only sister. You were once really close, but ever since you moved into the City and she stayed at the little town you were born in, you haven\'t talked much.
Jessica: Your nieces classmate. She left her town a long time ago to discover the secrets of the city. A wild little thing, and the only friend your niece has in her new town.
Sonya: A married woman trying to find a job. Word is she is not really happy with her marriage, but she has to keep appearances. Her role in your life depends on your decisions.
A fun game in many respects, with good quality images, interesting characters, fun scenarios, and decent writing. Unfortunately, it has a huge flaw that makes it almost entirely not worth it: numerous lose conditions with no autosave or backtracking. As a result, if you fuck up (including if you accidentally hit the wrong button) you have to quit and replay the entire game, unless you've been saving compulsively.
Fun game, but only worth doing one playthrough in a day because replaying the early scenes ten times just isn't fun.
Note for people not watching the forum thread or the Patreon: v0.0.8 has been released. You can find it on Page 5, the ninth post down, or on the Patreon.
I just started the game and I wanted to warn the author that when you first cook lunch for Christine a dialog is kinda switched, what my Char would say goes under the name of Christine and viceversa.
There's really only one problem that i have with this game, (except for the cliffhanger content ending) which is day one.
You need 5 "happiness points" on order for the game to not suddenly get a game over at the end of the first day. With a game over screen that tells you to not be an asshole. Which is strange, because there is content, like how she goes out of the bathroom in just her towel, which you need 3 "sexyness points" to get, and there are very few sexy points you can get without also being an asshole. You get sexy points for not knocking and walking in on her while changing, you get sexy points for suggesting she skinny dip in your jacuzzi, etc, but it also drains her happiness points.
It is possible to get it, if you choose every right dialog option. But it's very forced and took me several retries.
The rest of the game, however, is a masterpiece. And i was genuinely sad when i got to the end of the current content. The slow build up, the art work, how the characters feel alive... They're all done wonderfully, and i can't wait for more!
8/10, just because of that awfull start.
This game looks interesting, but if you make one mistake, you're screwed - and you may not even know it right away. You're just greeted with a game over screen, and if you aren't lucky enough to have saved before that decision, you have to choose between playing it all over again, or saying "fuck it".
