Unline previous reviews i see no problem with the artwork. You use what you can get and the art here is a far cry from the worst out there. On this site even. I am a little disapointed that there isn't any actual M/M content, just futinari. I feel like that tag should be taken off until there is actual Male on Male content.
the idea is interesting, i guess, but the art is horrendous, the sound effects are terrible, the music is annoying, and i'm pretty sure there's an asset that was straight up lifted from somewhere (the animation on the TV sticks out like a sore thumb)
this person's trying to run before learning how to walk. get a bit better at art or get someone who's better to work on it with you, because this is not acceptable
