A new game I am working on, it's just a concept for now so I would really like your feedback.
It's about a man in the near futurue that ends up in the body of a female robot.
Ehhhhh... For a game on v1.0.0 it sure does seem like it ends where the game pretty much gets started. ^^"
The story is quite unique you don't really see body swap with a robot to much so I'm pretty excited to see one here. One of the reviews on here mentions a few little things that I passed on my way through the game that I noticed as well and just like that person said the game so far was very enjoyable for me too. Would like to point out that this Creator is also the maker of Alone Amongst Demons which is one of my all time favorite games and is currently working on the sequel of that game which is The Change. I appreciate that this Creator is an active one and look forward to future updates of his or her games with that being said this person has a patreon account so show this person some love haha!
You asked for feedback so I'll write this as I play the game.
First room I didn't know where to go to continue, so I had to check all the items before moving multiple times. A marker-like sprite would help for mini-objectives like this.
The traffic area is nice but after pressing the light to green while a car is in the middle of the crossing stops it there, you can pass through it but just thought I'd point that out. Also, again with the marker-sprite for what tile you need to interact with for the bus stop might help.
In the scene where the bus leaves the bus moved before the sprites were able to enter and disappear.
The sign labelling the Robotics International building is a nice touch.
The lady at reception says "Take the stairs to my left" when they are actually to her right.
Some scenes I found that sprites stacked ontop of eachother (e.g. the Emily scene).
Overall it's a nice setup to the story. I enjoy the scenery and the world created through the opening minutes, and apart from these few issues that I had it was enjoyable.
Just a suggestion about versioning: seems you've named your file 1.0.0 as is typically used in Semantic Versioning, but concepts should be version "zero".
"Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything may change at any time. The public API should not be considered stable."
