Missadventures at the Mall
by Yukii

The plot follows Terry Gardener, whose trip to the mall for a haircut results in some unexpected changes.

Terry has a chance encounter with an old gypsy woman whose magic begins feminizing him. He sets off on a quest to stop the changes, and his choices affect not only the ending, but also what kind of changes will occur.

v0.533 (#25)

Not bad, I quite enjoyed it. The endings are quite varied and you're not limited too badly into a linear path on how you get to them. Getting closer to the end of the updates I know, but still worth coming back to (check forum thread for latest v0.533 update).

As before, I'm interested to see what the last updates you make to finish it off lead the story with the branching paths.

Still, there is a risk that this is now an abandonware game since it has been a long time between updates.

This game finally made me understand the frustration that guy from the Planet of the Apes felt when he found statue of liberty.

I really loved this little game, but man, were I disappointed when it ended at the Casino and I realized that it hasn’t been updated for more than 6 years. But it’s a gem no matter what and after playing it a few times then I can understand why someone also made it into a comic that can be read on tgcomics.

Anyway. for those out there who still play around with Rags like me, then this is a must play – or must try - type of game.

I would really love it if someone remade this game in RAGS, adding new endings, fixing the bugs, maybe using IMVU to remake or copy the characters in the game already. (That's what they're using for the characters)

I've replayed it loads of times but I generally always find the same endings or the game breaks because it's fairly buggy.

If I knew how it worked, I'd do it myself but I think it would be great if someone picked it up.

One of the essential RAGS TF games.

The first thing you'll notice upon starting the game is that all of the art is prerendered in what looks like some 3D chatroom game from the myspace era. This game looked bad when it came out and it looks atrocious now. And yet, the visuals have something that a lot of other rags games lack, and that's consistency. The world feels cohesive; and as you play you stop noticing how ugly everything looks. You get used to it like a dirty pair of glasses, which is really impressive.

There is a game to this game, and it's nice and freeform. Most games on this site railroad you during the start, but MatM hits you with two major route splits back-to-back from the get go. It makes replaying easy, and you can get enjoyably lost in the game for hours finding all of the little secrets.

You can tell how much love was put into the game in the details. Most rags game have a "feminimity" variable that they track, and Missadventures at the Mall does too. But whereas most games just slap it at the bottom of the screen as a couple of digits (which has no romance to it) this game tells you through your slowly changing driver's liscence. The game is full of little stuff like that.

The game is, however, incomplete. There's missing art, missing endings and plenty of bugs. That said, there's still plenty of stuff to do and more and better endings than most games on this site have.

Another thing on the sidebar that might concern you is the PG rating. This game is almost totally kid-friendly, which is an issue for the average visitor of this site who's looking to get their rocks off. Even if that's you, I'd still recommend giving it a go. I first played this game when I was a tweenager, and some of the endings really stuck with me (in a masturbation material sense.)

If you've already downloaded rags, there's absolutely no reason not to punch your passport with this classic.

This is one of my favourite games on this site, it's (almost) complete, it's pretty innocent compated to other games here, but I'd rate that as a positive for me. Just a fun little game, that I can whole heartedly recommend.
