You need to pay a debt you own while increase your brothel's fame.
You can decide what kind of brothel you manage; you can
change the target client's genders and likes, also select
the applicants you like to work in the brothel through publicity.
By hiring services you can ease the management and unlock more
functions.

Fame
The fame inscrease when you accomplish certain conditions,
such as: number of floors, level of the rooms, level of
the workers, services, ect.
Floors
Build more floors to allocate more workers.
Rooms
Upgrade the rooms to increase the happiness recover and
earnings of the occupants.
City
Gain territory to increase your brothel's client rate and and extra earnings, buy a house, or do other stuff.
Workers
The workers can work only when they are allocated in a room.
The worker's happiness start to decrease when they are in
a room but the room also recovers some worker's happines
every ten minutes and when the day passes.
Also the worker's happiness will recover when they work
for clients with genders they like and give them items,
but will decrease if they work for clients they don't
like or sell the items they own.
You can progressively change the worker's appearance and
likes if you have the resources.
The fame of the workers will increase depending in the
works they do.

I like management simulation games. I very quickly got frustrated playing this game. The interface feels clumsy and I couldn't find any way to get rid of applicants I didn't want. I'd have to hire them or have them sitting around in an applicant poo. I couldn't find any way to just dismisss appplicants I didn't want. It's a great idea but, I found this more frustrating to play than enjoyable.

The VX Ace conversion for this game has fixed the crashiness and instability of the previous versions.
As for the game itself, it's a very entertaining management sim with a ton of clothing, transformations, and even (still image) sex scenes that you can see by showing the avatar of a worker while they are servicing a client. Very easy recommendation for anyone who is a fan of transformations and/or business management sims.
